The purchasing process begins with RM placing direct orders with the principals, based on hospital demand, project requirements, and inventory planning. Once confirmed, the products are shipped from the manufacturer to Malaysia, where RM oversees customs clearance, documentation, and compliance with local medical device regulations set by the Ministry of Health and the Medical Device Authority (MDA). Upon arrival, every product undergoes a strict inspection to ensure safety, quality, and adherence to regulatory standards. After this process, RM distributes the products directly to hospitals, medical centers, and healthcare institutions across the country.
